Shipping policy

 We can't wait for you to get your parcel! Thank you for shopping at The New Bride!

We only ship within New Zealand at this time, with plans to extend our shipping in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Protective packaging

We aim to have every single item arrive undamaged, so we will send everything either in a box with soft packaging inside to cushion the most delicate of items or with stabilising material to stop products from bending.  Don't be alarmed if your parcel turns up with bright tape on it, it's just another measure we take to make sure the parcels are handled with the most care possible while in the post system.

Order processing time

Once you receive you confirmation email our processing time is usually 1-3 days, with the exception of busy periods where it may add a few more days to processing time.  We will keep you updated on your parcel progress.

Shipping carrier

We ship with NZ Post and use their tracked option so you will receive updates. If you are a rural delivery please allow extra time.

Damaged or lost parcel

Please contact us as soon as you realise your parcel is missing or damaged, we will work with the carrier to try and track the parcel down or come to an agreement. 

Once a parcel leaves our facility we are no longer responsible for the goods but we will endeavour to work with the carrier to sort any issues that happen in the shipping process.
