1. How do I care for my jewellery?

All our pearl jewellery doesn't want to be worn in the shower, and we recommend you store in a microfibre pouch when not being worn.

To clean: use a dry cloth to gently wipe down to take off any make-up, oils, perfumes.This will help prolong the life of your jewellery.

2. Does my jewellery come in a microfibre pouch?

Yes! All our jewellery will come in its own microfibre packaging.

3. How do I care for my pyjamas or robes?

You should follow the care instructions inside the garment for best results.

4. How long does my store credit last?

We don't put an expiry date on our gift cards as we believe money in any sense doesn't just expire! Take your time in purchasing with us!

5. What happens if I do an exchange for store credit and the item I am wanting is out of stock?

If this happens please email us at thenewbride.nz@mail.com with subject field of 'out of stock item' and we will be in touch to see what we can do.  We may have more stock on the way and can replenish your order as soon as possible.
