Refund policy

Returns/exchange

We do not offer refunds on any items but we do offer return/exchange in the form of store credit if you decide the item is not right.                                                              From there you will be able to order a different size or item - to do this you can send the item or items back within 7 days of receiving.   Please email thenewbride.nz@mail.com with subject field of 'return/exchange', from there we will instruct you on our shipping address and any further details required. The return cost will be your own and it must be tracked.  No parcel = no process for return/exchange.                      We do not accept returns/exchange on any jewellery or hair accessories due to hygiene purposes, so please pick carefully.
